Who are the PANTHERS?
The Panther Track Club was established in 1989 and is based out of Poland, Maine. It is an independent non-profit program associated with the Maine USA Track & Field Association.
We are the largest summer track & field team in the Maine consisting not only of young athletes from Poland, Maine but many other surrounding Maine towns as well. All athletes ages 5 to 14 are welcome!

CELEBRATING 28 YEARS OF FUN!
It is the goal of the Panther Track Club that these young athletes have the opportunity to participate in a healthy activity that encourages them to develop self esteem, the value of being part of a team while at the same time increasing their athletic ability.
It is the expectation that all Panthers dedicate themselves to training at practices and that they do not distract others from doing so with misbehavior. There is NO tolerance for swearing or being disrespectful to parents, coaches or fellow athletes. Our motto is "I WILL TRY!" and that is all that is expected.
The focus of the Panther Track Club is to improve each Panther’s personal best performances. Some athletes are more skilled than others and will earn placement ribbons based on their performance. Others will work hard to improve their own personal times and distances and will also be recognized for their own personal successes.
Track is a sport that requires not one coach but several. It takes a dedicated group of individuals to run a successful track team. We encourage ALL parents to get involved in the coaching and training of their athletes.
Welcome to the Panther Track Club and another great season!
